Business Development Services (BDS) are services that improve the performance of the enterprise, its access to markets, and its ability to compete". They are taken through the seven categories of BDS such as; Access to Markets, Input Supply, Technology and Product Development, Infrastructure, Policy and Finance. This enables participants to come up with strategies to promote solutions that respond to the many constraints facing small businesses.
