Heres a link to something that will interest you. I have seen they have a program to cooperate with non profits to help raise money and awareness. http://www.kazuribeadseast.com/ - they are all about empowering women
You can probably find others that are doing similar things if it s something you are interested in.... I came across this site via http://www.guerrillaaid.com - yet another amazing story of how one person can inspire and make a difference...
