I must say that I have in Nigeria developed the Regional Sustainable Energy Center of Excellence. We are in discussions with other existing groups such as UNIDO and NEMA along with locals NGOs in Kenya etc.  I will be talking with the National Space and Aereonautical Administration about the Centers of Innovation linking with Centers of Incubation with wireless linking.  This includes a group formed with Google that will be

on the teleconference call the day after tomorrow.
