About my work:
1. From July 2008 till now UNDP/UNV National Volunteer as senior regional
transformation and reform programms expert. with the following major duties.
. Planning and programming of Reform Activities in the region and the
weredas.
Organize research and assessment on the Reform Activities, employment
satisfaction and performance measurement

Develop Human Resource Management System of the Regional Civil
Service in Tigrai.
Analyze Regional Human Resource Development Programme and work for
HRD.
Assist technical implementation of reform activities at regional and wereda
levels
Monitoring and evaluation of the reform activities in the region.
Prepare technical documents on deepening good governance and civil
service reform
Participate as a technical team member of the regional Business Process
Reengineering Core Team
Conduct the regional manning and training need assessment of the existing
Human Resource.
Participate in the preparation of balanced score card and evaluation of
performance management
Design monitoring and evaluation system of the regional capacity building
programmes.
Preparation of the Human Resources and Capacity Development Programmes
annual bulletin.
Assessment on Regional Hardship Areas and Reward System (Advise and
Consult)
Organizational Structural Set up works in public sector and municipalities
of the region.
Design links between our bureau - all the other bureaus - weredas in regard to
human resource management.
Knowledge and skill transfer on Business Process Reengineering and
Academic consultancy services on the Government’s Reform Agenda.

We provide training and assistance to Entrepreneurs to start their own ventures in Plastic industry and also participate in EDP organised by Government and Non government organisations
