23 months ago, I launched VOICES OF WOMEN WORLDWIDE (VOWW) & VOW-TV on
http://voicesofwomenworldwide-vowwtv.ning.com/ inviting large networks of NGOs, women business owners, multinational organizations in developing countries, including fastest growing eocnomies of China, India and Africa
Interested in digital/HD media consultancy assignments in Africa and India where I have excellent contacts in government as well as private and public sectors.
2010 experience as PR/Media consultant in 20 Mulsim "poorest of poor" villages in Mewat state, Haryana State and became very involved in producing "Empowering the Girl-Child: Against Arranged Marriages" (watch on youtube.com @ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfRnmPFSMxE
Topics of interest on my radar - vocational training of rural youth, especially in producing videos and teaching them to use video to understand what they really need to survive "poverty and hunger." Question computers and electrified sewing machines that takes the youth seeking for jobs in town ? Believe it is better to share their own ideas through vocational training programs and keep them in the villages and not drown in urban poverty ...

Thanks for your kind words. I would like to learn more about your work on the topic of womens rights on smallholder farms. You are correct it is a huge problem, and has to be sensitively handled.

I am very involved with human rights of women and children, especially after working with a U.S. client who adopted 10-20 "poorest of poor" Muslim villages in Haryana (the most wealthy rural States in India). He had invested over $25 million dollars and my job was research and videotape "incredible changes" accomplished. After some R & D, a broked camera/bad audio I filmed young girl-child (11,12,13 years),with babies on their hips and discovered she considered "motherhood" her human right.

For me,it was a disasterous "cultural shock", as all I saw her as a "baby producing human machine" for the rest of her productive life. Outraged, I edited a 4 min video clip on YouTube - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AfRnmPFSMxE

Thanks for your good efforts on human rights of women and children.  I have worked on women's economic empowerment projects and believe there is a clear synergy between human rights and women's economic empowerment and education. I will contribute actively to dialogue on these issues.

Dear Vinanti, Thanks for the connection request. I would be keen to connect you to a very special girl education project going on in a low income state of India and I am sure that you would be keen to understand and document the process of development there.
