About my work:
I joined Cafédirect/ London - one of the leading UK social enterprises and Fairtrade companies- in September 2005 first as Head of the Producer Partnership Program, a unique development support program for smallholder coffee/tea/ cocoa- organizations in developing countries, providing strategic orientation but also guiding its implementation. I am now Head of Strategic Development setting the strategic direction for the company’s positioning as a sustainability leader and pioneer in demonstrating long-term business value of incorporating environmental, economic, social and ethical perspectives into its business model.
I lead the successful implementation of existing and the launch of new innovative interventions, which also implies to bring about and embed change in accordance with the Cafédirect culture and values.
